"Il Poggio" in Varese
Renovation of an important late nineteenth century building complex,
consisting of several built-up parts and surrounded by a large park.
The owner requested the creation of new
apartments in the existing buildings and a general renovation of the
property. The project idea was that of maintaining the specific
historical character of the complex, while at the same time, responding
to the modern housing needs of the client.
